The dreadful combo - ETL + XML

Never did i imagine that i would be assigned such a challenging project. When my manager briefed about it,  it sounded quite cool and interesting, and no doubt i was happy about my assignment. i was enthusiastic about learning something new in my career - XML.And by the time my project went alive, few significant feats were achieved - almost 90 days of great pressure handled,  a sleepless night that went debugging, an assignment that i completed with zero prior exposure to XML , fair amount of recognition and lot self-confidence.
